Be Ready Tactical

Bought from this shop on gunbroker. Very poor experience, would not do business with them again. Completely unresponsive to communication, which included wanting to buy more accessories and questions. Either they ignore customers or are unable to provide good service. Oh, and they removed factory tags which I did not find out about until after picking up the gun from my local FFL (So I obviously paid and the response below is trying to find a way to deflect or look good on google reviews). Simply a major disappointment. What is the point in following up or calling now, even if they chose to respond now, they did not when it mattered most and I am sure from the attitude exhibited in the response makes it clear the attitude I would receive outside of this public review (trying to accuse of lying or am I the one that did not pay when I could not have made the comment or review I did until I picked up from my FFL). It is clear from the response that the customer is always wrong, at least you can tell sincere customer-oriented business responses have some sincerity in the response. It also took over a month for any kind of reply to the review to show up on google... ETA: Sincere thanks for the added comments, so much more telling and insightful than any review I could ever leave.

My wife and I recently took the Guns 101 class. It was a great investment of our time and money. I highly recommend it for any person looking to acquire a safe and enjoyable experience with a variety of hand guns. Dan was down to earth and professional.
