How long will it take to get a reply to my email with pictures concerning an item that was damaged before shipment.
We have customer service representatives attending to the mail box for most hours of the day.
Do they accept trades? Do they deal with Cricket?

I have very thick lenses, even though I'm suppose to have the thinnest they got,do you have thin lences?
Hi Anna, as e g already replied, our optics are the kind you use for sporting, safari, and conservation purposes - not corrective eyeglasses or prescriptions. Best of luck. -EO
