My favorite gun store. Always a great experience.

I really really like this store, but I absolutely hate coming in. Im not sure if you guys do sales training for your guys on the floor ever or anything like that, but it doesn’t seem like it. I have been in sales for a long time and I used to have a problem with pre-judging people that I saw come in to look at our product and it always made me look like a idiot to my bosses when I would come back to them and say that they were buying.. It seemed to happen almost every time. I came in today fully ready to buy a 300 black out upper and a Bench made knife and left with neither… Which sucked because I seen both things i really wanted to get. Every time I come in here the younger scrony white guy always comes up to me and asks if I have any questions and when I ask him he always gives me these negative usually a no we don’t have that answer. Today I asked him a question if you guys had an upper I knew you guys already had and was coming to buy and he flat out told me naw sorry we don’t carry anything like that and sounds as if he’s saying it like this kid doesn’t have any money and he’s wasting my time so I’m just going to tell him no to everything he asks. Heck if he wouldn’t have came up and asked me if I needed help at all I’d be going home to put my new upper on. Instead im sitting here searching for another place to buy these items at.. I came in here a while back and bought a pretty expensive knife and I had to tell the guy 3 times that ya I’ll take that one before he unlocked the case to get it for me and gave me a look like are you sure you can afford this one. I know you guys have ur typical white older male hunter type customer that you guys are used to and love but it would be nice if you guys would give a dumb man bun/ dresses a little flashy younger guy like me a better chance. I promise my money is the same as their money. I know you check it over with great degree every time and find out it is and I promise you it will be every time. Sorry for the long review just wanted to let you guys know that you’re probably missing a few sales out there because of it. Maybe im the only one I’ll admit I hate most people my age but there is a few of us that our parents did raise us with the “Don’t lie, Cheat, or Steal” and we live by that.. Thanks -Tim
