Worst experience I even had from an online place and when I said worst believe me it was disgusting and shameful from a place who claimed to take care of their customers. On June 2nd I came across a good deal online regarding their ammo. They were selling Norma TAC 22lr at a really good price (it's still on sale now) so I put 40 boxes of 500 rounds packs into my online cart but when I tried to check out it didn't went through. I gave a call, they put me on hold so finally I had an agent on the phone to whom I explained what I was going through, he told me the mistake may come from me, I was lil bit surprised because I double checked my credit card information and my Internet connection was also fine. After multiple attempts my bank even started to send me notifications to confirm that it was me trying to make that specific purchase.. The next day on June 3rd I took some hours off from my job to check again with my bank that everything was correct with my credit card they confirmed I was fined , I went again online and same thing happened I called more than three times explaining myself, the web guy to whom I spoke the previous day gave me the same answer, he didn't know why the transaction didn't go through. In the afternoon I called my bank again and after explaining the frustration I've been going through with the merchant the bank agent decided to make a three way call with me on the phone, him and a customer service agent from great outdoor supply, after been putting on hold they had this manager on the phone. My bank agent told him it was a three way conversation and that he don't understand why they don't accept my payment for the last 2 days. This manager had the nerve to say they don't ship ammo to Maryland, I was shocked I told him this is the first I heard something like I even remember him that I read their policies and Maryland didn't figure on the list of states they don't want to deal with and plus the caliber I was buying was 22lr, without any remorses he proceed to say " Maryland being a democrat state make it difficult to them to make business with" I couldn't believe for ordering some 22lr rimfire ammo I will listened some nonsense like that then he added if I find a dealership they can ship it to me. This is the first time in my entire life as a gun owner to receive such a poor customer service, awful and shameful
