Inventory is amazing

People here are wonderful. Except for going to get an appraisal. When taking a piece of war history to get an appraisal, I was basically scoffed at and talked down to by the heavier set gentlemen in the back. As he refused to give an appraisal on my item. Just based on the fact that he couldn’t tell if it was real or not. Despite him admitting that he owned multiple of the same if not similar items that were identical to what I was trying to get appraised. The customer service here in this department was nonexistent. This was the second time I’ve been treated this way when trying to get an appraisal from this store, as the first was over a firearm. I would not recommend this location to get an appraisal on anything. Firearm or militaria related. But when it comes to inventory, deals, and showfloor customer service, Carolina caliber is great! Like I said. Just don’t take anything to get appraised here if you don’t feel like being put down or being lectured like you don’t know anything.
