Palmetto State Armory

I paid for two gsg firefly online and had them sent to the local sporting goods store. I was unable to ever recover the firearms so I submitted a request for a refund, and had the guns sent back to Palmetto wch they confirmed in email. I also added in my email that I no longer have the account with M&T bank that I originally used to make the purchase, and asked if they would please mail my refund instead to the original address on file. Palmetto state armory ignored my email, and sent me an email thst said my refund was processed to that old account. I left a bad review on the BBB becauseof this & since then they've just been extremely vicious towards me. Yelling at me and hanging up the phone when i would call and speak politely. Ignore my emails and calls, make me junp through hoops for my refund by telling me that they would only mail my refund if i traveled to my old m&t back and got proof that i no longer had the account and when it was closed. I took time off work to get it done, and emailed the documents. They returned with an email saying that the refund was processed AGAIN TO THE SAME M&T ACCOUNT that i had proven that i no longer bank with! Since i told of my negative experience with them they've decided to just steal my money, be total dckheads towards me and finally just ignore my emails. Do business with these people at your own risk.
