We don't have any pistols in stock matching that description. We do have AR-15 pistols in the store now if you would like to take a look. We have them in 9mm and 5.56 caliber. If you have the item number or UPC for this particular gun we can certainly check and see if they are available to order from our suppliers. If you have the North Carolina Concealed Handgun Permit you can buy any firearm for sale here without any additional permits or background checks. However an NCCHP is NOT required to buy a gun from us. You can use a pistol purchase permit for a handgun or long gun and you may complete a background check for a long gun or receiver.
