Terrible customer service and communication.

I have purchased jewelry, had it resized and modified. I have also purchased firearms, accessories and ammo and every time I have been there the customer service & quality of work has been exceptional. This place is owned, run and staffed with really great people. Tim, Sharon, James, Brad, Nick & Jessica have always taken great care of me, no matter how long it took for me to get informed and feel like I was making a good purchase & service after the sale is 2nd to none. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
