Can I buy a handgun at the store and get permit from store instead of going to Sheriff's office because you must make appointments there
Only the Sheriffs’s office can issue hand gun purchase permits. We can do background checks for long guns in store with a valid ID after you fill out a 4473 form we provide. I hope this helps!!
