We walked in looking to purchase a Ruger Charger and spoke at length with Jessie about several options. I was looking for something that the wife and I could enjoy shooting and was easy for her to use and manipulate. I recently did an NFA transfer through them and it was a really good experience. The whole staff were very polite, helpful, and professional. The whole.process was explained to me and they spoon fed me help the whole way. Even when I ran into an eForms issue (ATF didn't have my zip code), they helped me get in contact and surprisingly, my Form IV was back in about 72 hours.
