I drive in a near blizzard (3/5) to exchange it or get store credit for a better functioning coat. After waiting for like 10 minutes they say they can give me 100+ of credit for this 550+ jacket. never be dissatisfied their quote is. ha. Never shopping here, and definitely not giving a gift from here. now I have to go through the or warranty process which will take time and leave me without a jacket. Also they no longer have the black color I like so I am left getting a lower value coat from their selection if able therefore scheels is eating some of the original money. They had many of the same model and size to just switch it out but they didn't. I left SO frustrated. no accountability. wasted my time never going back. be careful with bigger purchases here.
