When it comes to taking your money the customer service is top tier. Any concerns, layaway items, or returns WILL NOT BE ADDRESSED. After three phone calls, two of those phone calls were forwarded to voicemails and one couldn’t even find my order, telling me it didn’t exist. I had one call back 48 hours later where I was told I needed to go in store. I spent $1,300, have the receipt, and haven’t even opened the box. I went into the store where I proceeded to stand for 25 minutes and no one could help with a return. While they were very clear about the 20% restocking fee, they told me they’d take my number and someone would call me. My issue still remains unresolved.

Very pleased with my transactikn so far. We'll see how it progresses. The purchase was easy and not hard to understand at all.
