I reluctantly have been refilling a compounded med here for a year. I have experienced dismissive attitudes and poor customer service a number of times. Never a call that the med is ready for pickup (came and was told it was on back order and no idea when they would have it). Apparently a call to let you know it is ready or delayed is above and beyond customer service expectations! Today I happened to come in and informed they will no longer provide this compounding med as of TODAY. Again. too much to ask that someone call to let me know this, so that I could make other arrangements in the future. Super annoyed but happy to go elsewhere and receive considerate customer service.
