I purchased a suppressor about TWO YEARS ago, and the suppressor would not lock into place and spin freely. I have obviously been extremely patient with them as they promised to correct the issue. They would not answer or return my phone calls either. They basically "ghosted" me. The ONLY time I was able to speak to someone about it is only because I PHYSICALLY went to the shop in person. They gave me the same run around, saying they will call me when the part comes in. So, just a few days ago, I reached out to Silencer Co about the issue. I sent them the supressor, they fixed it and returned it in less than ONE WEEK. It did cost $90 for the part (readily available), and $65 to ship, but it had to be done. It's obvious that Recon Rifleworks just did not want to pay for the part for my what was until recently an $1,100 paper weight. Lastly, it's obvious that Recon Rifleworks has ZERO regard for customer service, and most importantly FIREARM SAFETY!! I was not going to risk my life, or anyone else's because Recon Rifleworks reglegence on a potential life or death incident. Do not do business whith them. They're trash!
