What is the law on getting your guns cleaned at a business, picking up the next day? Does the business have to run a background check on you at time of pickup?
Hi Bill,
Yes, It seems silly, but if you leave your gun overnight the dealer is required to book it into his books and when you pick it up you have to complete the 4473 and pass a background check.
