Excellent customer service! All of the guys were very friendly and took the time to show me every I wanted to see as well as show me everything about it. The showed me as many as I asked to see and I highly recommend buying your guns here. For women if you're unsure and want to ask questions these guys will help you every step of the way!

As a shooter who likes to reload certain pistol calibers I am wondering if I will be able to retrieve my brass if I shoot at your range?
Also, may I use the steel cased ammo in my 7.62x39 rifle at your range?

Yes you are permitted to retrieve all of you own brass that falls behind the firing line. We do not allow reloaded ammunition on the range. You may shoot steel cased 7.62x39 as long as you police it and dispose of it in the proper receptacle.
I don’t have a gun, but I would like to try some out. Do I rent them or how does that work?
We do have rentals. In order to participate in our rental program there must be 2 adults over 21 years of ag in your party, or you must have a firearm of your own in your possession.
Can you zero a thermal rifle here?
Yes, but we do not have thermal targets available.
Is there an IWI Tavor X95 available to rent at the range? The newest model specifically.

Is there an age limit?
I am assuming you are referring to using the range? There is no age limit as long as there is an adult present at all time observing, and the underage person is capable of safely handling and firing the weapon. This is determined by our Range Safety Officer at the time.
I am in need of learning loading and shooting a glock. I will be taking a class and want to be versed before starting it. I do not have a gun myself, do you rent and sell amo before I sign up for private lessons? I want to sign up for a few hours of one on one.

It does not change throughout the week. Our hours are always the same as posted on Google, Our Website, And Facebook. Special Holiday hours are also posted well in advanced on those sites.

We do not have accounts on our website. You may register and pay for training on our site but it does not creat an account.
Do you have shotgun shooting
No we do not allow shotguns
is there a class to learn how to use my gun. Aim, loading, clean? I was also trying to find a place with actual scenario on correct handling when you are confronted.

How do I get a concealed weapons permit
You must first sign up and take one of our classes, www.westarmory.com/training, then you can take the certificate to the tax collectors office and apply for a permit.
do you offer "try before you buy" ?
We do have rental firearms, But we do not allow someone to shoot a new firearm in a "try before you buy" situation. And note if you purchase a firearm the same day you rent on to try it the rental fee is waived.
When is Lady's Day? That's when I'll bring my Wife to shoot.

Does west armory have Tommy gun rental? My wife, retired cop, wants to shoot a Tommy gun for her birthday on Dec. 17th.
We do not currently have a Tommy gun for rent. We do have an M4 full auto, G36 Full auto, both in 5.56mm, a Kriss vector 9mm, MP5SD 9mm, and Glock 17 all in full auto.
We also have a large assortment of other firearms for rent in semi-auto and revolvers.
