Horrible service. I called 5 minute before closing time. The young man on the phone told me to come in person rather than look around for the Amazon drop off item that they accepted but haven't processed since May 26th. I'm disabled and I have to listen to his bs of "we are closing in 2 minutes". I hope all who refuses to do their job will become disabled like me so we can finally be on the same page. No wonder UPS has one star on TrustPilot. What a dumpster fire.
