Yes sir.

Sure can.
Do you clean rifles
Yes we do. Cost sarts at $25 and can go up for rust, etc that take more time.
Can I shoot a 22 rifle at the range?
Yes, you can. Any carbines that shoot a projectile 2000FPS or slower are allowed.
