I purchased two of the sidekick charging handles. After installing the sidekick the action is extremely difficult to work. Very difficult to pull back and so tight sometimes the action doesn't close well. I have oiled and oiled. I thought maybe it needed a break in period. Its still very tight and difficult to load the gun. This is a hunting gun, maybe 50 rounds through it and already the finish it wearing off the sidekick and the side handle is now rubbing my gun and leaving marks on the gun. I'm not one to get online and leave a negative review without first trying to resolve the issue. I have emailed "customer support", called several times and left a detailed message and I got nothing. When you go to their social media they tell you they don't check their social media. Zero support. At this point I guess I'm screwed. If you don't have time to offer customer support maybe you don't have time to be in business. I want my money back but it seems like they got my money now they are done. There are other side charging options. Do yourself a favor and look into those options.

Contacted this company about the battle bar coming loose about two weeks ago and after a few back and forth I got radio silence. I told them I’ll try to tighten it again but after shooting a few rds through it, it loosened up. The side kick side charging handle didn’t stay put when the bolt was locked back it broke during a run and gun event. I contacted them again and gave then 4 days to respond. No contact. I removed both the side charging handle and the batttle bar. The lightening bolt release is pretty good so far. I can’t recommend this company Edit: company made it right. Sent me replacements.
