Shooter's World of Peoria

I scheduled an appointment over the phone to have a private shooting class at Friday 1pm in the Peoria area for my armed guard class. I head up there and a lady at the front said the appointment was for tomorrow at 1pm. They told me that they were going to send out confirmation emails for appointments coming up. So I go back the next day and the same lady was there and I said I was ready for my appointment at 1pm and then she said the appointment was at 12pm. Afterwards she just kept helping other people that were behind me while I was still at the counter. During that time, I was looking for the confirmation email and I never got one. After I waited, I asked her if I could get a refund for the class or a credit for the store. The lady told me that either I reschedule the class free or I lose out on my money. My shooting range class is on the 24th of June and they only had days after that available. The lady at counter was unapologetic and inconsiderate. I felt like my time was wasted. I live in Avondale, so the drive to get up here was like 25 to 30 minutes. Within an hour I received a call from Anthony, the training director, about the situation. He was very nice and wanted to rectify the issue. He asked me what time worked best for me and we were able to come to an agreement for a private shooting class for my armed guard class.
