To purchase ammo you do not need a license. Anyone under 21 cannot purchase pistol ammo but that is generally the only restriction. For a firearm purchase; you need a drivers license with your current residential address. If you have a Alabama DL you can purchase a pistol or a rifle. If you have a out of state license you can purchase a rifle but not a pistol.

We have rain jackets and pants/bibs. We do not have a cover for photo equipment. We have large waterproof blankets but I do not think that is exactly what you are looking for.
